I am a seasoned mathematics educator and senior leader with a proven history of enhancing teaching quality, learning experiences, and student achievement in secondary schools. My career encompasses classroom teaching, curriculum leadership, examiner responsibilities, and national consultancy. As Senior Leader and Maths Lead Practitioner at Washwood Heath Multi Academy Trust, I spearhead whole-school improvement initiatives aimed at elevating standards and fostering consistent, evidence-based practices.
