About Me
I am a seasoned mathematics educator and senior leader with a proven history of enhancing teaching quality, learning experiences, and student achievement in secondary schools. My career encompasses classroom teaching, curriculum leadership, examiner responsibilities, and national consultancy. I combine analytical insight, strategic vision, and practical leadership in every role I undertake.
As Senior Leader and Maths Lead Practitioner at Washwood Heath Multi Academy Trust, I spearhead whole-school improvement initiatives aimed at elevating standards and fostering consistent, evidence-based practices. I design and deliver professional development programs, mentor staff across all career stages, and leverage data to identify strengths, address gaps, and implement targeted interventions. My strategic work is grounded in NPQSL training, enhancing my impact on broader school improvement efforts.
In addition to my leadership role, I serve as a Mathematics Consultant with Impress Education and Keynote Educational. I design and deliver GCSE and A-Level masterclasses, assist schools with curriculum planning, and produce high-quality training materials utilized by teachers nationwide.
With over ten years of experience as an examiner for Pearson and OCR, I possess deep expertise in assessment design, national standards, and common misconceptions that impact classroom practice. This knowledge enriches both my teaching and the support I offer to schools.
